Harry De Freitas

Harry De Freitas is a 3rd year Deacon Candidate for the Diocese of Metuchen. He is currently
attending classes for a Masters in Theology at Immaculate Conception Seminary at Seton Hall University.
He comes to St. Ambrose with a wealth of experience in the corporate world.
He has been active in parish life since childhood. As an adult, he has been a youth minister,
sacristan, extraordinary minister of the Holy Eucharist, lector, catechist and active in men’s ministries.
He comes to St. Ambrose from St. Augustine of Canterbury Church in Kendall Park, NJ.
Harry and his wife Janet have three grown children. Harry is looking forward to working with the
youth, parents, staff, and volunteers in the Parish School of Religion.
